Does Riverside Medical accept health insurance?
At Riverside Medical, we do not accept health insurance—and that’s intentional. Our providers believe your care should be guided by a trusted relationship between you and your provider, not dictated by insurance companies. By operating outside the insurance model, we’re able to offer longer appointments, more personalized care, and the freedom to make decisions based on what’s best for you—not what’s approved by a third party. This approach allows us to honor your health goals without compromise. Insurance may be utilized for laboratory services and medications.
Can I contact my provider after hours? And how?
By all means, yes! Because illness and injury do not respect regular office hours, you may contact your providers any day, at any hour, using our secure patient portal here: PATIENT PORTAL

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation guidelines:- Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $25 fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Refund Policy
- All sales on treatments, products, and services are final.
- If you are unsatisfied with a service or experience any adverse effects, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns and offer solutions.
- Product exchanges may be available if unopened and unused, returned within 7 days of purchase, and accompanied by a valid receipt.
Payment Policy
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA payments.
- For packages or prepaid treatments, full payment is required before the first session.
No-Show Policy
- If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us, it will be considered a no-show.
- No-shows will result in a $25 fee or loss of your prepaid deposit for nurse visits.
- For all other services, a 50% service fee will be charged for no-shows.
- Multiple no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.
Late Arrival Policy
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service as a courtesy to the next client.
- For services that cannot be shortened, late arrivals may result in rescheduling your appointment.
